Extrusion Therapy Review Policy
1. Honesty Comes First
Reviews reflect real experience, not marketing material.
Products may be provided for free, but no money changes hands for favorable coverage.
If something is sent for review, that will be clearly disclosed in the video and description.
In some cases, I may charge for review work. Any payment covers my time, testing, and production costs — not a positive outcome. A paid review still represents a real-use experience with honest results.
2. No Special Treatment
The product sent must be identical to what any customer would receive.
If it seems “tuned up” or pre-tested for review, that will be mentioned on camera.
I don’t delete or hide bad experiences — if something fails, that stays in the video.
3. The Process
I set up and use every product like a normal user — following the instructions first, then problem-solving like any buyer would.
Unless the product is advertised as “first-time-user friendly.” In that case, I may skip the manual intentionally to see if an average user could figure it out without help.
Typical test path for 3D printers:
Unboxing and setup
Test prints (stock slicer and Orca)
Noise, build quality, usability, and support impressions
Long print tests and reliability checks
For accessories or smaller gear:
Installation, daily use, performance, and value testing
If an issue requires replacement parts, the review timeline will extend accordingly.
4. Timelines
Most reviews release 3–5 weeks after receiving the product, depending on workload and testing.
There is no guaranteed release date unless agreed in writing beforehand.
Companies are welcome to check in, but testing pace is not negotiable.
5. Fairness
Positives and negatives are presented clearly.
Comparisons are made only with products I’ve personally tested.
Verified mistakes will be corrected publicly or through an updated version of the video.
I’m not responsible for sales impact — that depends on product quality.
6. Publishing
Videos are monetized through YouTube ads and may include affiliate links for transparency.
Company logos and product images may appear in thumbnails or descriptions.
If a brand requests a demonetized video, that must be agreed before the review starts.
7. Style
My audience expects real talk, not press releases.
I show what happens — good or bad — with no retakes or polish to hide issues.
Every review is built around experience, honesty, and value, not hype.
